Jungle Kickers Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Android game Jungle Kickers (package games.heyday.junglekickers, "the app") uses, why, and the choices you have. The app is made by HeyDay Games ("we", "us").
1. Information stored on your device
The app saves the following only on your device, so the game remembers your progress. We cannot see it.
- Your best distances (overall and for the current day) and number of rounds played
- Your chosen monkey, ball and settings (sound, effects, vibration, graphics quality, language)
- If you join the leaderboard: your chosen player name and a random player ID created on your device (see section 4)
- Which balls you have temporarily unlocked by watching an ad, and when that unlock ends
- A record of the in-app products you own, so they work offline
This data is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows rewarded ads (only when you choose to watch one, for example to unlock a ball for 30 minutes or get a Mega boost) and occasional full-screen ads between rounds. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google and its partners may collect and use:
- Your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information (device model, operating system, language, app version)
- Ad interaction data (ads shown, taps, whether a rewarded ad was completed)
Whether ads are personalised depends on your consent and your device settings. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region where the law requires consent, the app shows Google's consent message (the Google User Messaging Platform) the first time you open it, before personalised ads are requested. You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy settings in the game. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads depending on your device).
Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. In-app purchases (Google Play)
You can buy optional one-time extras: All balls and the Jungle Pass. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. We only receive confirmation from Google Play of which products your Google account owns, so the app can unlock them and restore them on a new device. Google's handling of payment data is covered by the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
4. Leaderboard (optional)
The app has a global leaderboard of best distances. It is optional: nothing is sent unless you choose a player name.
- What is sent: the player name you choose, your best distance, and a random player ID that the app creates on your device. The ID is not linked to your Google account, advertising ID or any other identifier.
- Who sees it: your player name and best distance are shown publicly to other players in the leaderboard. Please do not use your real name or any personal information as a player name.
- Where it is stored: on our leaderboard server, hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, processes the IP address of each request in order to deliver it.
- Your control: you can change your player name at any time in Settings > Player name, and you can delete your entry from the leaderboard there with Remove me from the leaderboard. Uninstalling the app does not delete the entry, so please remove it first if you want it gone; you can also email us to have it deleted.
5. Challenge codes
If you tap Challenge a monkey, the app creates a short code containing your distance, the date, and the monkey and ball you used. It does not contain any personal information. The code is only shared if you choose to send it, using your phone's own share options.
When you open a challenge link, or install the game through one, the app reads the challenge code from the link (and, on the first launch after installing, from Google Play's install referrer). The code stays on your device and is only used to set up the challenge. The link page is served by our leaderboard server on Cloudflare, which receives your IP address like any web page request.
6. App ratings (Google Play In-App Review)
After you have played for a while, the game may ask Google Play to show its rating prompt. The prompt is shown and handled entirely by Google Play. The game does not receive your rating or any information about whether you rated.
7. What we do not do
- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not collect your real name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location or files. The only name we receive is the optional nickname you choose for the leaderboard.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party analytics in the app.
- The app does not request any dangerous Android permissions. It uses internet access (for ads and purchases) and Google Play's billing permission.
8. Summary of data shared with third parties

Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit. These services are run by Google, which acts as an independent controller (or processor, where applicable) of that data under its own privacy policy.
9. Children
Jungle Kickers is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold almost no personal information about you (only the optional leaderboard nickname), most requests are best handled by:
- Ads consent: Settings > Privacy settings in the game.
- Advertising ID: your Android device settings.
- Data held by Google: your Google Account data & privacy page.
- Leaderboard entry: Settings > Player name > Remove me from the leaderboard.
- Game data on your device: clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
You can also contact us with any request or question, and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
